two for the price of one

Having two different shows running at once has been a challenge. Alice is scheduled to open at 7.00, although a group arrived late and delayed it until 7.15 last night. It still means that they are all done before we have even got to our intermission. We have two different shows coming out of the backstage speakers and the result reminds me of a devised piece called 'Will Alice Play' that I worked on with Alan Knight back in the early 80s, and which was revived by him for the Chesil some 10 years later.
